Class Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund policy: Dragon Tactical will gladly refund your registration fee if you give us written notice by e-mail at customerservice@dragontactical.net at least one week in advance of the scheduled course. If you are scheduled for a Concealed Weapon Permit class, we will be happy to reschedule you for a later class date if we are notified at least one week in advance of the originally scheduled course. Cancellations or reschedule requests MUST be in writing.

Cancellation by Dragon Tactical: Some courses require a minimum number of participants as noted in the course description. If you register for a course with a minimum and the minimum number of participants have not registered, by the end of business day, 2 days prior to the course (or a date otherwise stated on the course description in the event of a guest instructor), we reserve the right to cancel the course and refund your registration fee. In the event Dragon Tactical needs to reschedule or cancel a course, you will receive e-mail or text notification (at the phone number provided at registration). If we have rescheduled the course and you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, we will refund your registration fee upon written e-mail request received within 7 days of when the reschedule notice was sent.

Guest Instructors: Registration fees for courses taught by a guest instructor are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled by Dragon Tactical or the guest instructor.

Training requirements are listed for each Course and Module. Students are responsible for reviewing and following the Range Rules and meeting any special requirements listed for the Training Course or Module they are attending. Students must to meet the special requirements and Range guidelines or they will not be allowed to attend the Course or Module. No refunds will be issued to students that do not meet the requirements specified for the class or module.
